Art Therapy

Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The creative process can help people to resolve issues as well as develop and manage their behaviours and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness. On 6th of November, teachers from Sirius College came together to celebrate Teachers Day over some delicious lunch. To finish off the day on a positive note, our teachers used their imagination and creative skills to practised Art therapy with scratch art.
